Senior Android Developer - Thoughtline Techno park

Thoughtline is looking for a Senior Android Mobile Developer who has passion for mobile technologies and can work to design and build the next generation of mobile applications. Candidates should be able to develop an Android application from initial conception through submitter to the Android marketplace. The ideal candidate will not just be an outstanding engineer, but will bring a mindset of creativity, innovation and a relentless pursuit of timely product engineering delivery.
Candidates should be familiarity with Android SDK and/or other Java-based mobile development APIs ..
Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting edge projects, writing high quality code
• Provide technical guidance, leadership, and oversight on assigned projects
• Help grow the technical knowledge and skills of other developers
• Work independently with minimal guidance and supervision on highly complex, technically advanced projects
• Have a solid professional development background with an understanding of Software Architecture and Design

Skills:

• At least 5 years of IT Development experience, with 2+ years in Android mobile development.
• Familiarity with Android SDK and/or other Java-based mobile development APIs.
• Familiarity with Android platform tools and AOSP
• API request and response (web services, JSON, XML, REST, etc.)
• Multi-Threading and memory management specific to mobile devices.
• Must have experience developing consumer and business applications.
• Candidates having exposure to full life cycle of App development (Multi Platform) & good understanding of any multi-platform frameworks like Phone Gap will be preferred.
• Responsible, reliable and hard working with excellent communication skills
