Job description:

• Installing, configuring and managing physical and virtual servers
• Installing operating systems and applications on servers, desktops and laptops
• Management of Network and Storage devices
• Management of LAN, WAN and internet links for high availability 
• Management of Active Directory, Exchange and application servers
• Management of Alamy’s network monitoring and alerting systems
• Migrating test systems to production status through deployment and release process
• Handling incidents and requests through ticketing tools and support the Service Desk ,when     required
• Provide support to the Data centers and offices in US, UK and India

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science with
• More than 2 years experience in a similar role
• MCSE / MCITP certification
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills Good spoken and written skills
